Credits and Returns

All claims for non-receipt of merchandise, damaged goods or
merchandise shortages must be reported within 10 days. Exchanges for
program items must be made within 10 days. Freight charges for returned
merchandise, except due to damaged or defective goods will be the
responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be approved in advance. Call or e-mail

for RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.
